Igors Kazakevics of Latvia, who would finish in 45th place, trails Serhiy Budza of Ukraine, who finished 35th.	Dminic King of Great Britain waltzes his way to a 51st and last place finish -- but ahead of 12 walkers who did not finish or were disqualified.	Jakko Kinnunen of Finland struts his way to a 15th place finish in Olympic race walking.
